Bourbon Chicken & Salmon Caesar Salad
June 30, 2024
You all have been asking me for this bourbon chicken recipe and here it is! Comes out bomb.com every single time. I hope you enjoy, and if it didn’t come out like mines, I’m sorry in advance. Try again! Also, warning, my measurements are as good as I could get them for you. I cook, so I measure with my heart, soul and eyes.
Bourbon Chicken Ingredients:
- Boneless Chicken Thighs
- Sesame Oil
- Brown Sugar Bourbon Seasoning
- Garlic Powder
- Onion Powder
- Minced Garlic
- Soy Sauce
- Honey
- Brown Sugar
How to make:
- Clean your chicken however you clean it. I’m not judgy, but clean it.
- Coat your chicken in sesame oil. I am not sure how much chicken you will have, but make sure it is fully coated.
- Season your chicken to your liking with brown sugar bourbon seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder, and minced garlic. If you want to be safe, use about 1 tbsp of each seasoning. Mix all together.
- Add soy sauce to your pan. You will want to heat on medium heat for about 2 minutes.
- Add your seasoned chicken to your pan.
- Let cook on once side about 5 minutes, and then add a 1/2 cup of water to your pan, then flip your chicken over and let cook another 5 minutes.
- While your chicken is finishing up cooking, add in about 1/3 cup of honey, and 1/4 cup of brown sugar.
- When done it should be a nice golden brown color. Make sure to watch it so the sauce doesn’t burn. A helpful trick, if you seen the sauce starting to burn, tun the heat down and add in a little more water.
- Let sit for about 5 minutes before serving. You can serve with rice, and veggies or eat it by itself its so good! I served with broccolini. Enjoy!
Salmon Caesar Salad Ingredients:
- Salmon
- Shredded Romaine Lettuce
- Shaved Parmesan
- Panera Caesar Salad Dressing
- Garlic Powder
- Ground Paprika
- Tony’s Seasoning
- Grapeseed oil
How to make:
- Clean your salmon however you clean it. I’m not judgy, but clean it.
- Season your salmon with garlic powder, ground paprika, tony’s and coat your salmon with grapeseed oil.
- Cut your salmon in cubes, you can leave the skin on or off.
- Add into the air fryer on 400 degrees, for about 12-15 minutes or until your desire. Make sure to watch it! Some air fryers cook different than others. You do not want to burn it.
- Add your romaine lettuce to a bowl, and top with your cooked salmon, and shaved parmesan. You will serve with your Caesar salad dressing on the side. Enjoy!
