Carrot Juice Recipe

Quickie & Easy Carrot Juice Recipe you’re going to love!
Things you will need:
- 5 Carrots
- 5 Oranges
- 1 Ginger
- 4 Small Lemons
- Juicer or Blender with strainer
- This should make about 20 oz, if you want less, cut the recipe in half, and if you want more, of course add more of the ingredients!
How to make:
- Carrots – Wash your carrots, cut the ends off, shave the first layer of your carrots, wash again and place to the side.
- Oranges – Peel all oranges, cut in half and place to the side.
- Ginger – Use 1/2 of your ginger clove, cut in half and place to the side.
- Lemon – Peel all lemons, cut in half and place to the side.
- Add everything to your juicer. If you do not have a juicer: You will add everything to your blender with 1 1/2 cup of spring water. Blend it all together, and then strain all of the pulp out. You can use any strainer to do this step. Straining must be complete!
- Your juices are ready! Serve cold.

- Lemon – Lemons contain vitamin C, soluble fiber, and plant compounds. Lemons support heart health, help control your weight, and improved digestive health! Did I mention, very nutritious!
